Job Description
Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and devise strategies to promote and sell our custom software development services and SaaS CRM solutions.
Client Relationships: Build and sustain robust relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring continual business and client satisfaction.
Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations to potential clients to highlight our custom software development services and SaaS CRM offerings.
Sales Negotiation and Closure: Skilfully negotiate and close sales contracts to meet business goals.
Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress towards meeting sales targets.
Collaboration with Delivery Team: Coordinate with the delivery team to guarantee successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
2+ years of experience in software sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Proven track record of successful sales and business development experience in the software industry, ideally in custom software development and/or CRM software as a business development manager.
Strong understanding of the custom software development industry, including web and mobile applications, as well as the CRM software market.
Strong negotiation and sales skills to close deals with clients and meet sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
