UI/UX Designer (Design)
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients to understand their business challenges and design solutions that enhance user experience. Your primary responsibility will be to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of users and align with business objectives.
Job Description
- Client Collaboration and Research: Discuss with clients to grasp their business needs and challenges. Utilize this understanding to guide your design process.
- Design Development: Create personas, user flows, sketches, and information architectures that are blueprints for your design concepts.
- Prototyping and Testing: Build mockups and prototypes to demonstrate different design approaches. Conduct early user testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to enhance usability.
- Visual and Aesthetic Design: Define the overall aesthetics and visual style of the product. Ensure that the design is visually appealing and coherent throughout the application.
- Implementation Collaboration: Work closely with mobile app developers to implement your designs accurately, ensuring high fidelity to your specifications.
- Documentation: Create detailed user interface specifications to guide the development team and ensure design consistency.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a diploma in graphic design or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a UI/UX designer. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is essential.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all design elements are executed to the highest standard.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required to demonstrate experience and design capabilities.
