My Panasonic

We developed the My Panasonic loyalty app for Panasonic Vietnam. The client wanted to develop a mobile app to reward and retain loyal customers while digitalising their warranty registration process.

Using this app, customers will be able to submit their product for warranty conveniently and be rewarded with Panasonic Coins – which they can then collect and redeem to get services such as an extended warranty or repair / servicing of their Panasonic products.

The mobile app also allows customers to easily schedule repair and service appointments with authorised Panasonic technicians through its ‘Service’ feature. Users of this app will be the first to find out about the latest promotions and shop for authentic Panasonic products, too, with the ‘Promotions’ and ‘Shop’ feature.
